Switching fullscreen on or off causes video to skip forward

Hello,

As the subject says, swithing fullscreen on or off causes video to skip forward a few seconds (up to 10) or back to 00:00:00 if the current position is less that 00:00:05.

smplayer 0.6.9-4
mplayer 3:1.0~rc4+svn20111213-0.0
SMPlayer ans mplayer are from debian multimedia repository.
GNU/Linux Debian wheezy/sid
3.1.0-1-amd64

Be sure you don't have enabled the option "add black borders on fullscreen" in preferences -> general -> video.

My bad, you're right, the strange thing is that in Video -> Filters 'Add black borders' is unchecked though it was check in video perferences. Is that how it supposed to be?
I mean that Video -> Filters and Preferences -> General -> Video are out of sync.
But anyway, thanks for a prompt reply.
