SMPlayer rev. 5088, no (extra) codecs?

Hello SMPlayer developers and all,

Just installed smplayer-0.8.3.5088-win32 (after deinstalling smplayer-0.8.3.5081-win32).
From the installer window I could read: “Failed to install codecs”, while the download went fine.
C:\Program Files\SMPlayer\mplayer\codecs is empty.
From the Repositories it reads: “Don't back up codecs if section is deselected“, well I did select the codecs from the installation menu.
Link to Repositories: http://smplayer.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/smplayer/
Not sure I ever need these codecs; SMPlayer runs fine (so far), just curious this is supposed to happen.

Windows XP-home (32-bit)
smplayer-0.8.3.5088-win32

Should be fixed.

The installer should back up the codecs and recopy them instead of downloading them again if they are present, but it doesn't work if you uninstall from Add/Remove then run the installer. The installer automatically removes the older version.
