SMPlayer performance degraded when RAR/ZIP or other Window

I truly like SMPLayer very much, however while watching video on SMPLayer and if I run WinRar/Zip/Unzip files or other Windows programs, the sounds or video would gone crazy a little bit but as soon as other Windows programs ended or finished WinRAR/ZIP, then the video becomes normal again.

I've Intel Quart core Q6600/4GB ram/HD 6670 video card and Intel SSD 520 for Windows 7 x64.

You can try to increase the priority, in preferences -> performance.
