use smplayer but with mplayer input.conf?[SOLVED]

hello
I hate the way smplayer has the keys defined and I would like to use the mplayer ones from /etc/mplayer/input.conf or .mplayer/input.conf
Is this thing possible?
Kindly appreciate.

If you enable the option "run mplayer in its own window" in preferences -> advanced, then the mplayer keys will be used.

Otherwise you need to redefine the smplayer keys in preferences -> keyboard and mouse.
