SMPlayer Support Forum

Hello,

I have SMPLAYER 0.6.9. I don't think I'll find more friendly software than it. The problem that I use SMPlayer for both video and audio. But i notice lately it doesn't play some MP3 files, which will open in any another software such as Media Player, VLC, Media Player Classic, and AIMP2!.

Is there anyone to solve this?

Try setting the option "pass short names to mplayer" in preferences->advanced.

I did, but still doesn't open. When all other players do open!.
