No x64 codecs anymore?
Posted: Thu Sep 05, 2013 10:32 pmWhat happen to the mplayer codec download for x64 bit install? Its grayed out now. This started at 8.5 or 8.6.

Posted: Fri Sep 06, 2013 5:37 amThe mplayer included is 64-bit, the codecs are 32-bit and that means 64-bit mplayer cannot use them. There are no 64-bit codecs. If you have files that you really need the codecs for then you'll have to install the 32-bit version.
