First of all, thank you for providing RealAudio support. Ever since RealPlayer/Helix discontinued development/support for Linux, SMPlayer has been my only reasonable option. So, I like to stream some old RealAudio, content that I know is not available anywhere else in any other format. Example: http://wfmu.org/listen.ram?show=28251&archive=44629
My issue now with SMPlayer is that 1) (minor issue) unlike RealPlayer, SMPlayer takes a long time to buffer (I tried playing with the cache options, no luck), 2) (major issue) I cannot skip around during streaming. Whenever I try to skip to a different time mark (by various means), either nothing happens or SMPlayer just starts buffering but then nothing happens.
I don't know if I am doing something wrong or if this a genuine bug/missing feature. I would love to clear this up. It's been driving me crazy for years.
