How to to enable screensaver when playback is paused?

Before SMPlayer 14.3 the screensaver was deactivated during active playback, but enabled when paused. How can I get that behavior with the current version?

Others have the monitor go directly into sleep mode (the best 'screensaver' really).

On second thought, SMPlayer saves the location upon exit. No need for a 'pause' that would last long enough for a screensaver to activate. Your choice.
