bug: Audio streams name encoding problems

with russian names of audio streams:

how it is now in latest SMPlayer:

how it should be (MPC HC)

Win7 Pro russian locale system

It's a problem difficult to fix. The names are sent by mplayer to the standard output but smplayer doesn't know the actual encoding. It assumes it's in UTF-8, but it's not, then this problem occurs.
