[bug] seeking - no custom timings, always rounding to 10sec

If I set 5 sec or 7 sec or 27 sec to custom seek hotkeys it only seeks for 10 seconds, 10 seconds, 30 seconds... precision option is enabled. latest SMplayer Windows 7 Pro

Precise seeking requires to use a mplayer2 build.
