SMPlayer Support Forum

Hi, I am using smplayer under Arch Linux and I wonder if there is a way to load a subtitle located on a remote samba drive. To play a video located on the drive I simply use mouse to click it in a file manager like dolphin, but if I want to load the subtitle stored in the same samba folder I find no way to do it. The Subtitles-->Load in the smplayer menu only shows local directories and there seems to be no way to look for a subtitle on a remote drive.
