Skins don't work with 14.9.0

I got skin support to work with the SVN sources. But for the 14.9.0 source release of smplayer, skins don't work. smplayer-skins-14.9.0 is installed, but the skins option is grayed out in the preferences dialog.

Is there something special needed when building smplayer to get skins to work?

Be sure the rcc files in the smplayer skins package are created and installed correctly.
