when i use a-b repeat on a video, it doesn't feel smooth between b back to a, it make take two seconds and a black screen between from b back to a to repeat again, how can i fix it up?

I can't reproduce this problem.

It will help to know the options you're using. Could you send the mplayer log? (Options -> View logs)
