Is there a seperate file for keyboard shortcuts?

I transferred some of the shortcuts from one pc to another by copying smplayer.ini. Many of the mouse shortcuts didn't change though. Is there a separate file for these somewhere? Thanks

No, all the shortcuts are in the smplayer.ini under the [actions] section. I don't know why it didn't work for you.
Anyway there's also an option to save the shortcuts to another file in preferences -> keyboard and mouse.
