Flickering window

I notice a lot of flickering going on when switching track in SMPlayer.

Like if the playlist is open and i select another track to play.
Then it appears the SMPlayer window is minimized and restored quickly, which quickly becomes annoying if you have to switch between 5-10 tracks to find the one your looking for.

Also if i have my web browser in the background and SMPlayer on top, then if i play the video and hold the spacebar all the time to play/pause the video quickly i can see the browser window behind SMPlayer gets focus and it even scrolls the web page the web browser is showing because spacebar scrolls.

And if its a text editor you running behind SMPlayer it starts typing the spaces in the text editor.

Are you using the option to stay on top during playback?
This is normal with this option on.

Yes the problem is not there when stay on top is disabled.

But it is also not there when stay on top is always on.

Only happens with the during playback option.

In Debian with Gnome it is even worse.

Windows/dialogs are animated so for example when you select About SMPlayer in Help menu the dialog start out as zero height and then popup to full height in an animation.

So when ever i press space to play or pause the the SMPlayer window has a bit of this popup effekt.

And also the window moves like 8 pixels up and to the left on each press on space.
So if you have the window in the middle of the screen and press space like 30 times it end up in the top left corner.

Also the animation popup effect happens when ever i change the stay on top setting.

Using SMTube with SMPlayer is not good in Debian Linux.
Everything i click a video in SMTube and it opens in SMPlayer the SMPlayer window jumps like described above.

Qt5 doesn't seem to have this issue but then SMTube doesn't work in Qt5 for some reason, saying "Unable to locate video URL" so I stopped making packages with Qt5.

There are new Qt5 build since SMTube is working again (be sure to install Qt5 SMTube as well), the flickering shouldn't be as bad as the normal builds.
