Toggle fullscreen shows frame from the past

If i play a video and toggle fullscreen a frame from the part is quickly showed.

Like if you have a video with red colors in the beginning and green at the end, when you play the red part and toggle fullscreen on and off and then skip to the green part and just when you toggle fullscreen on... a frame from the red part is quickly showned before the toggle is completed.

Like it saves one frame from the last time fullscreen was enabled and displayes it just for a short glimse the next time you toggle fullscreen on.

I can't reproduce it. What video output are you using?

Anyway this is the kind of things I can't fix, because the image is displayed by mplayer (or mpv).

Do you have the same problem when play a video directly in Mplayer in command-line or in smplayer with "Run Mplayer/MPV in its own window" option on ?

It only seems to happens with direct3d driver output, which i think is the standard setting.

If i run mplayer from commandline and select direct3d i cant get it to show the frame from the past. But it dont run in a window, its fullscreen even when i leave fullscreen its just different zooming.

Try to turn the option "Add black borders on fullscreen" off and update your DirectX to last version
