Problems with MPlayer versions >r37391

I get MPlayer errors with versions after r37391, available here:

MPlayer has finished unexpectedly. Exit Code: 62097
MPlayer log ends with:
ID_VIDEO_TRACK=0
Filter 'equalizer' not found in chain.

This happens just after launching a video through SMTube. Sometimes it will run if I then click the Play/Pause button after dismissing the error message.

Running the 32-bit versions of SMPlayer on Win7x64. Problem occurs with 32-bit and 64-bit MPlayer. Versions before and including r37391 all work okay.

I'm unable to reproduce it on 64-bit MPlayer r37420/SMPlayer/SMTube r6994. Is there a specific setting that triggers it?

Thanks for trying. No, no particular setting triggers the error other than using a different MPlayer. And I'm not doing anything different when running the two scenerios, merely swapping out MPlayer.exe. In fact, there's no need to close SMPlayer or SMTube; just change MPlayer and re-run .. r37391 works fine, r37420 hick-ups.

Would it help if I uploaded my INI files?

I can see what options it is passing to mplayer in the log and they didn't seem to cause an error on my setup. It's really strange because there weren't any changes remotely related to what could cause that error.
