Does the option Show icon on process bar in Options menu have any meaning outside Windows?

If not then perhaps only show the menu item on systems where it can be used.

It works on linux too.

Ok its called "system tray" and not "process bar" as i wrote.

I haven't used Linux systems much, but it seems it might be called "message tray" in Debian with Gnome.

Does the place for the icon have a consistent name in the Linux world?
