Changing chapter in movie sometime confusing in Smplayer/mpv

This is happened on smplayer with mpv as default player engine. I have try mplayer and it works perfectly.
When I try video with checked function "Run Mplayer/mpv on it's own window" both mplayer and mpv work perfect if I play directly from mpv/mplayer window. But when I try with unchecked function "Run Mplayer/mpv on it's own window" and make mpv as default engine, Smplayer sometime can't decide what chapter is being played and back to random position of track. I have try in several video which has chapter embedded on it and have the same problem. Can you solve this problem?

It works fine with my sample videos.

I mean with random position is when the slider doesn't stand on the first place of every chapter it will be placed on random chapter

I downloaded the video but I can't reproduce the problem.

Do you windows or linux? What version of mpv?

I use windows 7 32 bit with the latest version of mpv that I download from http://mpv.srsfckn.biz/ .
I have tried to change with mpv.7z that is downloaded by smplayer when installing and I have try to restore smplayer to default settings but this problem still appears. I have just installed windows few days ago so I think will be no problem with windows configuration. I use the latest smplayer Version: 14.9.0 (svn r7102) (32-bit) which I downloaded yesterday.
