Slider sometimes goes back to the first chapter

Im sure I have ever asked why this problem shows on my computer. But until i upgrade to the newest version of smplayer, I found that nothing fixed with my problem. I use mpv as my default in smplayer.
my problem is on all animes with chapters inside. when I press button that can make me jump to the next chapter and I'm still playing in the middle of chapter two(assumed that anime has 3 chapters), the slider goes to the first chapter and anime start from that chapter. It runs fine in mpv when I try to open video itself and pressing button not make slider go to first when I play in the middle of second chapter

I can't reproduce the problem with the videos with chapters that I have. Anyway I've just simplified the code that manages the chapters, now instead of trying to figure out what is the previous or next chapter it just commands mpv (or mplayer) to seek to the previous or next chapter, so now the behavior in smplayer should be the same as in mpv. This is on version r7250.
