I upgraded to 15.11. It asked if I wanted to uninstall the previous version or upgrade. I chose upgrade. Now all my customized keyboard and mouse shortcuts no longer work. I thought by choosing upgrade it wouldn't mess with my settings. Is there a way to restore them? Thanks

I ended up just using Window Restore. Inconvenient since I had already installed some other programs that will have to be reinstalled but it worked to get my old settings back. I will add as a side note that the reason I quickly upgraded smplayer was I was being pushed to do so. Every time I opened it I would get a notice saying a new version was out. When I would click no or deny sometimes smplayer would lock up and there was no way to get it closed without going to task manager. So before upgrading I'd suggest you make a copy of your settings .ini file.

I'm so sorry. What you experienced it's not the intended behaviour. The settings should only be deleted if the user checks the option "Reset my SMPlayer configuration" in the installer.
Also the notification of a new version should only be done once, not every time. Maybe it's a problem saving the settings. It's possible to turn off the notifications in preferences -> updates.
