In case it's not obvious, the version is based on the release date (year.month). There is no "0" month in the calendar, so there will never be a XX.0 in that versioning system.

Newer versions will use Qt5 only.

The reason is that there are new features that require Qt5 to work correctly.

Newer versions from now on will use Qt5, including the portable version.

You can test the Qt5 packages if you wish.
