Does it work without the --allowerasing option?
I think mplayer is provided by the rpm fusion repository so you need to add it as well.
You can also get the smplayer packages from here:

Thank you for the suggestion, now I've installed it successfully, .I installed the RPM Fusion and during the preparation for the installation of the smplayer I got the same message about failing to synchronize cache , but later it appeared that dependencies resolved and I pressed 'Y' and everything goes smoothly.
And Installation also fails when allowerasing isn't added to the end of the command. Obviously ,the reason is that Fedora is not shipped with that software repository. Now I installed it without allowerasing .
