Note/extracted comment in PO-file

"# Installer_Is_Running"
In the PO-file i downloaded from Transifex.
Maybe they should be:
"#. Installer_Is_Running"
So they are extracted comments, but then again i don't know if they are comments at all.
As far as i know "# Installer_Is_Running" (without .) should be something that the translator has written.
