When I start a session with my songs in a certain order in the playlist, all is fine. But when I close and later reopen SMPlayer, the songs in my playlist have been rearranged. Anything I can do to keep them in order from one session to the next?

What version of SMPlayer are you using?
I think in the latest version (16.11) it was fixed a problem with the order of the playlist.

I can't reproduce the problem in my computer.
Could you give more details about the problem?
You say that the items in the playlist are rearranged, but how? Maybe they are sorted alphabetically?

In the order I need them
1 Songs 1 and 2.VOB
2 Song 3.VOB
3 Song 4.VOB
4 Songs 5 and 6.VOB
5 Song 7.VOB
6 Song 8.VOB
7 Song 9.VOB
8 Joined.VOB
After shutting down & restarting SMPlayer
8 Joined.VOB
7 Song 9.VOB
6 Song 8.VOB
5 Song 7.VOB
4 Songs 5 and 6.VOB
3 Song 4.VOB
2 Song 3.VOB
1 Songs 1 and 2.VOB

I loaded your playlist but I can't still see the problem in my computer.
Maybe you set the playlist to sort the items in descending order? Click on the number's header and check if that fixes it.
