How to remember playlist position?

Hi,
I don't know if it is possible but I would like Smplayer to remember the file and position of the file inside a playlist (.m3u) when I exit the program. So next time I open that playlist file it would start at that point (kind of the same behavior as with the single files). I know that if I close a playlist and open Smplayer again it will remember the position of that last playlist but I would like to know if it is possible to remember the position for each of .m3u files no matter when I open them.

Preferences -> Playlist, uncheck the option "Play files from start".

I have it unchecked and if but if I reopen a playlist file it will start again from the beginning. I'm in Mint 17.3 with Version: 16.11.0 (8242)

If it's an internet stream, check the option "remember settings for streams" in preferences -> general. If that still doesn't work maybe the stream is not seekable.

Ah, sorry, I misunderstood you.

I'm afraid this is not implemented yet.
