Hi,

I'm trying to find this feature but can't see anywhere. There is only option to "Show icon in system tray", which i think doesn't offer desired result, it can temporary hide the window from taskbar with manual right click > hide or with shortkey but i don't see any permanent option where simply minimizing window will make it go to system tray. I have been used to minizime to taskbar feature in KMPlayer and PotPlayer.

I found this topic from 2012 but there is no reply.

Can someone tell me if its possible. or if developers can add this feature in upcoming versions. I'm sure many users will appreciate this.

When the option "Show icon in system tray" is on, then closing the main window (clicking on the "X" in the window bar) will hide the main window while keeping the smplayer icon in the system tray.
