Stretch Video?

My glasses cause my vision being vertically skewed by 3%, which leads to circles appearing as ellipses and people looking unnaturally short. Media Player Classic has a Pan&Scan feature that allows you to adjust the aspect ratios, so I've created a preset that stretches the image vertically by 3% to compensate for my glasses. I'm moving over to Linux and was looking at using SMPlayer, but I can't find an equivalent feature that will let me stretch the image vertically. Is there any way of doing this?

One other question; I use the Smooth Motion option in MadVR to interpolate frames. I've been searching for something equivalent in SMPlayer and the most promising option I've found is SVP. Is that the best thing to use to get smooth playback in SMPlayer?

Thanks for the help.

In preferences -> advanced -> mplayer/mpv you can pass to mpv the option --aspect to force a different aspect ratio.

For example:

--aspect=4/3
--aspect=1.78

or whatever value you need.
