As I was modifying smplayer.ini recently I noticed that there are many (MANY!) old playlist items stored. Before I manually delete them I thought I would ask if there is a way in Smplayer to clear old playlists.
I have looked at the Playlist function on the View menu but none of my old items appear.

Would it be okay to delete the old items manually?

Old versions stored the playlist contents in smplayer.ini but now it uses playlist.ini.

Usually smplayer doesn't delete old configuration options from smplayer.ini. First because it's not so easy, and second it can be useful to have them in case you have to use an old version.
