There is no error in the log. Could you try to select a different video output driver in preferences -> general -> video?

Sorry for the delayed reply. Wasn't notified there was one. Since posting, I have downgraded to v. 18.1.0.0 (64) which works perfectly. It is set to DEFAULT for video driver in settings. I will try to upgrade that to current version and see if it works with that setting. I don't know what the failed/uninstalled one said. I will be back to mark this post solved if that works out. Thank you for your attention.

I upgraded 18.1.0 -64 (which works) to 18.2.0 -64 ... and have the same problem. No video.
Seems the only thing that works is 18.1.0-64 ... on this W10-64 machine. 18.2.0 -64 works fine on my W7-64 machine. All installations have been at DEFAULT installation settings.

Have you tried to change the video output driver in preferences -> general -> video?

SMPlayer 18.2 includes a newer version of mpv, and it seems they changed the default video output, I guess it has bugs.
