SMplayer takes more than 4 minutes to start

Hello,
the installed version of SM Player 18.2.0 (both 32-bit and 64-bit) takes literally more than 4 minutes to start and get ready to work. Here is the smplayer_log.txt just produced:

In spite of that, the portable version (both 32-bit and 64-bit) of SMplayer 18.2.0 is as quick as light.
Note that up to SMplayer version 16.9.0 everything worked as smooth as silk.

Is the option "store settings in" (preferences -> general) set to "one ini file"? If that's the case, change it to "multiple ini files".
