playback freezing in long use!!

hi guys!
I have a problem with SMPlayer in playback .. playback freezing and stuttering when watching streams for long time .. It starts fine but always after 40 mins or 50 mins of a movie of 1h 30 or 2 hours ect starts freezing!!!
I'm using the latest version
System: windows 7 pro 32 bit
Any help guys!!

Is there any kind of warning in the mplayer/mpv log (menu View) when this happens?

What multimedia engine (preferences -> general) are you using?
Does the problem still happen if you change it?

The same thing happened to me, several times on short YouTube movies. Something very bad happened to SMPlayer. YouTube turns on slowly, streams do not work, and normal video randomly freezes. I also see a lot more CPU consumption.
