Strange problem

i have a folder with some mp4 videos in it some of these videos when i double click them smplayer plays another video ( same other video every time ) when i put the video i want to play in a seperate folder or desktop it plays fine when i delete the other video smplayer this time picks another video from the folder to play instead of the video i double click ...
This happens with some of my mp4 files not every video...
tried uninstall reinstall no luck all settings are default
windows 10 64 bit machine

Maybe playback failed and then smplayer played the next video in the playlist.

Can you send the smplayer log (menu View) after that movie is skipped?

problem solved its not a sloution though but a work around file names are in arabic renaming the file solved the problem BUT i dont want to rename anything but it made me figure its a problem within smplayer i hope devs can see this as a bug as no any other video player does that and not all files but some of them
I need to mention that all file names including the one the player plays instead of the intended video are in arabic so it maybe some letters or letter combinations that trigger the problem

Try enabling the option to use short names in preferences -> advanced.

Does this problem only happen with one file?
Maybe there's a strange code in the filename.
