Windows API code

Hi! all
I'd like to know where can I get the all the Windows API code to talk to your SMplayer mostly for music, for now.
Like the SendMessage(.......) or PostMessage .....
I build myself a VB program, several years ago, that use WINAMP in the background (Not showing) and I use API codes to Start, Stop, Pause, queue, Load,
Delete playlist, Change Volume, Play next, show time, scroll name, seek, etc, etc. An now I would like to be able to try a newer player to do the same.
And some simple explanations along with it.

On Linux it's possible to use a interface using DBus. However this part of the code is not built in in the Windows version, because, well, I don't know if DBus is supported on Windows.
