whats difference in 4677 and 4676

i know these are revisions whats in 4677 76 doesn't have
and better to have 77?
and is it ALWAYS better to get MOST highest number
is there a change log listing

which should i use

4676 includes a mplayer version which works better on windows xp.
4677 is the build by redxii, it includes a more recent version of mplayer.

If you see -xp in the filename, that means that it's a version for windows xp.
