Suggestions for string changes in source language

I'm afraid this is the way that xgettext created the strings in the po files.
Fixing it wouldn't be easy. Either I write the whole sentences in very long lines or divide the sentences in smaller strings. In that case you can lose the context.

My suggestion: ignore the newlines, replace them with spaces in your translation.

Although it's in the smtube website, the page is actually intended for the smplayer website.

I think instead of "Available version: %1" in the update dialog it would be better to say "Latest version: %1" if that is the case that it is the latest version.

That's the available version in the website, but there could be a newer one in the SVN or another place. So the text "Latest version" could be wrong.

Both strings appear in two dialogs. That's why they are duplicated.

Why not reuse the variable?
Just like OK button are reused in many dialogs.

In the Find subtitles dialog there is a button called Options, but when you press it the dialog that opens is called "Advanced options".

So maybe change:
"Advanced options"
To:
"Options"
