Some simple rules

I think, in order to avoid problems we should set some simple rules for translators or anyone who wishes to help with the translations.
Currently the following translators have write access to the svn:
* - Romanian
* - German
* - French
* - Japanese
* - Slovak
* - Dutch
* - Russian
* - Spanish
* - Czech
If you've got any update/correction for any of those translations, it would be better to send your update to them, they'll review it and upload it. Otherwise you can send it to me ().
When you're going to update a translation, please get first the latest ts file from svn (don't use the ts included in the current "stable" package!). You don't even need a svn client, you can browse the translations directory . Just select the translation you're interested in and then click on the download link.
