[Suggestion] Move translations to translation site

Move translations to translation site, eg. (supports Qt Linguist (TS files)) or any other, to translator it's easier to translate/maintain translation on such type site then download source, translate and send back to you.

I didn't have time to take a look at that site.

Ok, I've just created two translation projects:

I guess people who want to work on a translation in that site, have to register and then tell me the username so I can assign to the translation team.
