Monochrome theme

Hi, I have created a monochrome icon theme base on three icon sets.
Icons taken from KFaenza (GPL, http://kde-look.org/content/show.php/KF ... ent=143890), Leo-like-icons (GPL, http://kde-look.org/content/show.php/?content=124176) and Elementary (GPL, https://launchpad.net/elementaryicons).

I added the theme to smplayer-themes 20120919.
