Videos Don't Change Size...

How come when I play a new video it plays at the size of the last video and not at the native size of the video?

Say if I play something at 1280*720 then play a 1920*1080 video the video player will be in 1280*720 size.....

I have been through all the options but it seems to remember the last size....
