Youtube not working with some videos

It seems youtube did it again and smplayer fails to play many youtube videos (mostly music videos).

I'll try to fix it as soon as possible.

Youtube did it again and music videos can't be played.

Broken again.

Youtube is using now a 83 length signature.

Experimental: since r5552 smplayer can update the code that decodes the youtube signatures, so it won't be needed to update smplayer every time youtube makes a change.

Strange. Just right now VEVO videos don't use encrypted signatures, so that they can be played even with older versions of smplayer.
