Freezes after youtube play

Postby calvinder » Sat Oct 05, 2013 7:33 pm

Hello all I am new to SMPlayer and am loving it. I was having unsolvable choppy video problems with VLC but all seems good with SMPlayer.
I have one problem If I open YouTube browser, Play a video after it has played SMPlayer freezes. If I try to do any thing I just get the Microsoft Error "ding". I can't even close it I have to open Task manager and end program. This also happens if the "Please donate or recommend on Face Book" window comes up.

Any ideas?

Thank you
Calvin

Does the problem still happen if you use the 32-bit version of smplayer?

I just checked it is the 32bit version It is the only one I have downloaded I did not realize there was a 64. When I said it was 64 bit I was talking about win 7.
Should I look for a 64 bit version?

Well I went ahead and reinstalled to 64bit and all seems fine after you tube play.
I should have noticed the 64 bit version in the first place.
Thank you for your time
