wasn’t able to find subtitles for some videos

I am watching this movie I've downloaded so recently. I am pretty sure there is a subtitle but how come when I played it using SMplayer there is no way to display the subtitles.
Can somebody help me "debug" this problem?

Please, do the following:

Open a movie
Select Subtitles -> Find subtitles on opensubtitles.org
Go to Options -> View logs -> SMPlayer
Copy the whole log and paste it here.
