SMPlayer 0.8.6 x64 (windows 7)
Chapters manually added by Mkvmerge via an xml file are shown in the drop-down menu (Browse>Chapters) but cannot be accessed. VLC does not have this problem.
Chapters included when the file is originally created work ok.
