SMPlayer portable: Skin names are doubled

SMPlayer 0.6.8, including latest unstable builds.
While having "smplayer.ini" in SMPlayer's folder - thus having the portable mode - the skin names under Preferences -> Interface -> Skin drop-down list are doubled (Skinnable GUI is selected), thus showing:

Gonzo
Mac
Modern
Vista
Black
Gonzo
Mac
Modern
Vista
Black

Once I rename or remove "smplayer.ini" in SMPlayer's folder, the same drop-down list shows just 5 items, without doubling.
