Youtube not working with some videos

Is this normal\something known or this is new workaround.
I can play tons of youtube videos but at some point suddenly I start getting "Unable to connect" or something like that on any video I try.
But if I completely close smplayer and delete the yt.js file,all videos start working again(on some videos it ask me yo update the youtube code and then they start to work)

Most YT videos no longer open (copy / paste the URL directly in SMP). Nor in latest stable VLC (Win) - for that matter.
* They also fail when playing from the YouTube Browser. Same error in SMP logs - whether trying to play from YT Browser, or copy / paste URL into SMP.

* The vids that fail in SMP all play directly in Firefox (HTML5).
* NOTE: I went thru the "update youtube code" process - which showed successful. Restarted SMP.

In the latest SMP portable - smplayer-portable-14.3.0.6354, this is the SMP log.
Apparently no Mplayer log generated, 'cause file never opens? Mplayer log's empty (but logging for it is enabled in prefs).

The same vids play in Fx, that fail in SMP - giving "status 301" (? moved permanently ?), so if the 301 error means "permanently moved," it hasn't moved as far as Firefox is concerned.

But since both SMP & VLC used to play YT vids, but now latest vers. of both players can't play them, I assume YT has changed things again?

I can play both videos.

The problem is that the portable version that you're using lacks the openssl libraries. I've just uploaded a new version with those libraries:

There is something wrong with qjpeg4.dll that comes with this portable version.
When I use the file from the stable version,I have images for the videos in SMTube and not a single one with the version that comes with this portable version
