i have a question about 32x 64x
i just started w7 w x64 so im fairly new
1 whats difference between between 32 bit 64 bit SMplayer
a- im assuming 32x for win xp 64x should be used for vista and 7 8 correct for BEST usage

b 6724-win32.exe << this is at the http://sourceforge.net/projects/smplaye ... /Unstable/ page says Latest version but i cant install says im running 64 please uninstall im also assuming these are 32 bit for xp and 32 but xp is out and most new computers are 64 and i SHOULD NOT use these?\ whats win 32 used for ?

c i should use 6699 from download page those are for 64x
Alternative packages
smplayer-14.9.0.6699-x64.exe (package for Windows 64-bit) << ALWAYS USE THIS its MOST UP TO DATE?

there is also 6690 win 32

so WHICH should i use and which updates on regular basis?

use 32 on a 32 system and 64 on a 64 system for best results. In preferences enable the 'check for updates', set desired interval and you will be automatically informed when available.

ya i have set as check ever 1 day ty

so 1 XP 7 vista usually ONLY 64 32 or or both? both mine are 64

next
2a: are unstables win32 those are 32x so stay away correct
21b: if i need do fresh install sometime
it looks like the program 6690 is ALSO w32 and wont install is win32.exe WIN32 EXE= WINDOWS 32 bit CORRECT stay away
and ALWAYS GO WITH 64x
2c are there unstable in 64x mourning star or just the 32s

ok thx for all help ohh i never thought looking there in sub folder REDXII

so if i want UNSTABLE x64 get it from red xii 64 folder mentioned above 0.6719-x64.exe
STABLE 64x SEE MORE PACKAGES - > mplayer-14.9.0.6699-x64.exe (package for Windows 64-bit)

smplayer-14.9.0.6831-win32.exe what happened to x64 in unstable this says added 11 hrs ago for x32

i see no x64 there
