ENH SMTube : add the video qualities in the contextual menu

Hello,
Could it be possible to add 2 new submenus in the contextual menu of SMTube to allow to choose a quality format between all the available quality format for "Play Video" and for "Record Video"?

The goal will be to avoid to go to the Preferences window to change the default settings for only one video.

I don't know. There could be the problem that some qualities may not be available, I think it would be confusing for the user if they click on a quality but in the end a different one is used.

It's nevertheless what happens when you choose a quality in the settings window. It's not available everytime.
