Program stays first in Alt+TAB list when stay on top

When SMPlayer is set to stay on top, always or while playing the program stays the first in the program when you Alt+TAB to another program.
Why is that ?

I'm used to being able to Alt+TAB to another program, and then Alt+TAB back to SMPlayer, but i cant do that.
I dont remember other programs doing like this.

Using Windows 7.

SMPlayer just changes an attribute of the window, the Qt library does the rest. So if there's a bug there I'm afraid I can't fix it.
