HI.
I posted a topic same minutes ago, but an error occurs saying "the connection was reset". It was very annoying for me because I don't speak English and is very hard for my to write in English.

I'm posting again:
Why the new Smtube package is not yet inside the official GNU/Linux Debian Sid repository?
I enjoy Smtube very much, but I don't trust very much in outside software. I only use the software I can find inside the official Debian repository.
Anyway, I have been looking inside the "smtube-15.5.10.tar.bz2" package I found in the web http://sourceforge.net/projects/smtube/ ... 10.tar.bz2, but there is any "./configure" file inside, only a "Makefile" one.
When I compile something using ./configure I can use a prefix to install the software in my home folder without using root for nothing. Inside the tar.bz2 package there isn't any help teaching how to manipulate that "Makefile" using GNU/Linux.
I prefer using the official repository of Debian, but If I would try to compile the tar.bz2 package I don't know how to use that "Makefile" and how to install the Smtube inside my home folder without using root.
Thanks a lot and excuse my very broken English.
